When you submit a pricing request, we collect the details you enter — your name, country, WhatsApp number, and anything you include in your message.

We never ask for or store payment details. Nexa does not process payments and does not require you to create an account or password.

Like most websites, we collect standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — through analytics tools, to understand how the site is used.

Your request cart is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers, until you choose to submit it.

We use your details to respond to your wholesale enquiry and send pricing on WhatsApp, to qualify and communicate about business orders, to operate and secure the site, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used. These services set cookies and collect usage data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them will not stop you from browsing the catalogue or submitting a request.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the platform: our hosting and database provider, our email-delivery provider, our analytics providers, our workflow automation, and WhatsApp when you choose to contact us there.

We do not sell your personal information.

Nexa operates internationally. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

We keep your enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it (see “Your rights”).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nexa is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material change will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
